Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized employee of Summation Research, Inc. (SRI), the following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services from SRI to Buyer.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase
All goods and services supplied to SRI are required to be provided in accordance with the SRI Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase in effect when purchased, unless a separate overriding written contract has been executed.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Summation Research, Inc. conducts its business fairly, impartially, in an ethical and proper manner, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In conducting its business, integrity must underline all company relationships, including those with customers, suppliers, communities, and among employees.
